Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the promotion.

The Promotion

1. Anyone who has purchased a machine from E-FARM.com, aged 18 and over, can participate at E-FARM`s referral program. To become a referrer (“Referrer/s”), you must inform your sales agent by phone or email.
2. By participating on E-FARM`s referral program, the referrer consents to these terms and conditions.
3. The referred person must not have purchased a machine with E-FARM before to be eligible to participate in the program.
4. The referred person will be entitled to 500€ discount on the requested machines purchased with E-FARM.com if the machine`s sales price on e-farm.com is more than €15,000. Exceptions are possible after consultation with the E-FARM sales consultant. This discount cannot be paid out in cash.
5. The referrer will receive the referral bonus stated under point 11.
6. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, E-FARM.com reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
7. E-FARM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time at its sole discretion.
8. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. E-FARM.com will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information on how E-FARM.com processes personal data, please see e-farm.com/en/privacy-policy/.

Referral Bonus Qualification

9. A qualified event is achieved when the referred customer purchased a machine with a selling price of over €15,000 from E-FARM.com, has not previously bought a machine with E-FARM, and has paid it in full. In this case the referral bonus shall be rewarded for the referrer. Further exceptions are possible after consultation with the E-FARM sales consultant.
10. The referrer will be notified via email of the reward validation when a referred customer has bought a machine with E-FARM.
11. The referrer receives a store credit of 500€ for their next purchase (“store credit”).

a. The store credit is available for one year after reward validation confirmation and cumulative with other referral boni. The cumulative store credit is limited to max. 1,500€ per year (3 referred new customers purchasing machines with E-FARM per year). To redeem the store credit, the referrer must let the sales agent know that he/she intends to do so before the invoice for the referrers new machine is created.

b. The store credits can only be redeemed for machines with a minimum price over €15,000. Exceptions are possible after consultation with the E-FARM sales consultant.

c. To redeem the store credit, the referrer must let the sales agent know that he/she intends to do so before the invoice for the referrers new machine is created.

d. All rewards after the respective time frames are irredeemably discarded.

12. E-FARM.com is not responsible for any problems arising from technical difficulties on the referrers side.
13. A claimed referral will be confirmed via email.
