Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the promotion.

The Promotion

1. Anyone who has purchased a machine from E-FARM, aged 18 and over, can participate in the promotion. To become a referrer (“Referrer/s”), you must inform your sales agent by phone or email. Once registered, you’ll receive a referral code which can be shared with friends, family and other close contacts (“referred person”).
2. By forwarding the referral code, the referrer consents to these terms and conditions.
3. Referred persons must use the referral code that you share with them when making their machinery request. This can be either written through the contact forms or verbally on the phone.
4. The referred person must not have purchased a machine with E-FARM before to be eligible to participate in the program.
5. The referred person will be eligible for a 250€ discount on the requested machines purchased with E-FARM. This discount cannot be paid out in cash.
6. The referrer will receive the referral bonus stated under point 11.
7. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, E-FARM reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
8. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. E-FARM will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information on how E-FARM processes personal data, please see e-farm.com/en/privacy-policy/.

Referral Bonus Qualification

9. A qualified event is achieved when the referred customer purchased a machine from E-FARM, and has paid it in full. In this case, the referral bonus shall be rewarded to the referrer. The event is not qualified if they are an existing customer.
10. The reward validation will be done at the end of each month, and the referrer will be notified via email of the number of eligible referrals for. The referrer then has 14 days to select one of the following options.
11. The referrer can decide if they want to receive a store credit of 500€ for their next purchase (“store credit”) or a 250€ payout bonus (“payout bonus”).
    a) The store credit is available for one year after reward validation confirmation and cumulative with other referral bonuses. To redeem the store credit, the referrer must let the sales agent know that they intend to do so before the invoice for the referrer’s new machine is created.
    b) To receive the payout bonus, the referrer needs to create an invoice towards E-FARM no later than 3 months after receiving the reward confirmation email.
    c) All rewards after the respective time frames are irredeemably discarded.
    d) To select the reward, the referrer must reply via email with the selection they made.
12. If the referral bonus is not claimed 14 days after receipt of the email notifying of the number of eligible referral bonuses, it becomes invalid and unredeemable.
13. E-FARM is not responsible for any problems arising from technical difficulties on the referrer’s side.
14. A claimed referral will be confirmed via email.
