CLAAS Axion 810

German manufacturer CLAAS relaunched its award-winning Axion 800 series in 2017 with a range of advanced technologies and innovations. The latest CLAAS Axion 810 is more powerful, efficient and comfortable than previous iterations, offering outstanding pulling power and ease of operation.

It is fitted with an FPT 6.7-litre, six-cylinder engine with a maximum output of 215 hp and maximum torque of 941 Nm – more than enough to pull heavy-duty attachments through challenging terrain. And, with a top speed of 50 kph (depending on transmission type), dynamic performance is also guaranteed during road transport.

It comes with a choice of two transmission types: the CMATIC split-power continuously variable transmission or the HEXASHIFT powershift transmission with automatic shifting. CLAAS CEMOS systems continuously monitor and optimise engine performance, squeezing everything possible from the FPT Industrial engine. Stage V emissions compliance is also ensured by DOC and SCRoF units, which are integral parts of the exhaust system.

The CLAAS Axion 810 features a wasp-waist front axle to provide stability and a tight steering lock angle for excellent manoeuvrability. Additionally, the long wheelbase ensures excellent weight distribution for enhanced tractive and lifting power.

The cab comes in the CIS configuration as standard, with upgrades to the premium CIS+ or CEBIS packages also available. The standard package includes mechanical spool valves and a multi-functional armrest as standard, while the upgraded packages include touchscreen displays and the innovative CMOTION lever. Overall, the cab is spacious, ergonomic and comfortable – the ideal place to spend a long day in the fields.
